What is available

You can create an account, verify your email, manage your profile and contact support. Cash Power, airtime, data, vouchers and rewards are planned services. Purchases, payments and supplier delivery are not available during early access. Previews do not place orders, reserve prices or promise a launch date.

Your account

Provide accurate information, use an email address you control and keep your password and verification codes private. Do not impersonate another person, misuse other people’s information, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the service. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone has accessed your account.

Availability and changes

Early-access features may change or be temporarily unavailable while we test and improve them. We may restrict an account to investigate misuse or protect the service. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Privacy and closing your account

Our privacy notice explains how we handle information. You can request account closure by emailing us from your registered email address. We may verify your identity first.

Future purchases

We will explain prices, payment methods, delivery and refund terms before enabling purchases. These early-access terms do not authorise Nufaa to debit any payment method or wallet.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes your statutory rights. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms, without removing mandatory protections available to you where you live.
